If we are choosing to surrender then we will allow getting out from the games and bringing half of our bet. Double down will allow you to doubling your bet and get another one card. The dealer itself has their own rules. In playing blackjack they have to stand when they reach 17. Besides that, the dealer has to pay the player bet even if they win if they are already offering insurance.
